Manhattan, NY (September 28, 2026) – A cyclist was struck and killed by a dump truck on West 34th Street near Seventh Avenue in Midtown on Monday morning, and the truck left the scene before officers arrived.
According to reports, the collision happened around 10:50 a.m. near 151 West 34th Street, steps from Herald Square. Authorities said a dump truck and a person on a bicycle were both traveling west on 34th Street toward Seventh Avenue when the two came together.
