Michael F. Schwartz, Esq. is a practicing attorney with over thirty-five years of experience. His expertise is in residential and commercial real estate, including conveyancing, leasing, mortgage foreclosure, and bank transactional work; commercial law including contracts, partnerships, and corporate law; commercial litigation related thereto; and trust and estate matters. He was formerly a member of the legislative committee of the New York Real Estate Board. He is licensed to practice before the New York State Supreme Court, the United States Federal District Courts of New York, Eastern and Southern Districts, the United States Court of Appeal for the Fourth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He is also licensed to practice in the State of Florida.
Michael F. Schwartz received his B.A. from S.U.N.Y. at Buffalo. He subsequently attended Brooklyn Law School where he received his J.D. He is presently a New York State Supreme Court Mediator and Fee Dispute Arbitrator where he mediates commercial disputes referred to him by Judges in the New York State Supreme Court, New York County, and arbitrates legal fee disputes referred to him from the New York County Lawyers’ Association.
