Brooklyn, NY (September 16, 2025) – On Sunday morning, September 14, a 71-year-old man was hospitalized after being struck by a car driven by a 15-year-old at the intersection of Pennsylvania and Hegeman Avenues in East New York.
According to police, the teen driver, too young to drive legally, was traveling the wrong way when his black Honda Accord became airborne and slammed into a utility pole, leaving debris scattered across the street.
